We currently live in Florida but grew up in Galesburg and our family has had a history of shopping At Kohls and knew they did custom rings. So we sent up our rings and discussed what we wanted over the phone and spent the weeks following talking to Olivia and Ryan, who were very communicative and accommodating to us and what we were envisioning, and wow the outcome blew us away! We are OBSESSED with these rings and the quality of customer service provided by Kohl's Diamond Gallery. I discovered the company through Facebook and reached out to have a replica of my grandmother’s pearl earrings made. I worked with Olivia from the beginning of getting the design drawn, all the way through production. She was very patient, and knowledgeable in providing suggestions and ideas.
