Ryan and Olivia did a wonderful job in assisting/redesigning my engagement ring. We purchased my engagement ring through a large scale corporation that ultimately did not reflect the quality that we were looking for. After looking for a jeweler for months within our own state and no luck.. we decided to start looking outside of our state and found Ryan and his team and felt most comfortable that they handle my engagement ring. Olivia made the whole design process really easy and exciting! She assured me throughout the whole process that my ring would be in good hands. Especially since we had to ship the ring to them which made me very nervous. Nonetheless I was completely blown away by the service, craftmanship and respectable price that was given.
